PRIVACY / UPDATED 21 OCTOBER 2026
Your work stays
in your browser.
Information you enter
Property details, task states, issues, names, stock counts, review details and local activity history are processed in your browser. Cleanpad does not send them to a remote database or provide accounts, messaging or device synchronization.
Local storage
The current turnover remains under the existing localStorage key toolwoven-turnovercheck-v1. The record now includes a schema version, conflict-detection revision, issue follow-up and local activity history. Clearing this website’s browser data removes it. Keep a JSON backup if you need to restore your record.
Files and photographs
CSV exports, JSON backups and printouts are produced on your device. JSON restoration reads the file locally. Only the data format is accepted; scripts in files are not executed. Photographs are not uploaded, stored or verified by Cleanpad. You control any sharing of exported records.
Public pages and hosting
The guides and blank tool interface are public pages. Private task notes are not rendered into their server responses or sitemaps. Cloudflare delivers the website and processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type. The site loads no advertising scripts or externally hosted fonts. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a small script Cloudflare adds to the page to count visits and measure page speed in aggregate. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage for this and does not fingerprint visitors (cloudflare.com/web-analytics, read 21 October 2026). Your turnover records are not sent with it.
Practical privacy
A person with access to your browser profile may be able to view saved records. Exported files and printed logs may contain names or property details, so handle them with the same care as your other operational records. To clear the current record in the interface, start a new turnover. To remove local site data entirely, use your browser’s site storage controls.
