Cleanpad is an independent, free turnover checklist for small vacation rental hosts and cleaners. It is an independent browser tool.

A focused workspace

Configure a property, work through room-by-room tasks, log issues, assign a responsible person, record fixes and their review, and count supplies. Cleaning completion and host confirmation are deliberately separate. Print a blank sheet or completed log, export a handoff CSV, or save and restore a full JSON backup.

Where your work lives

Your entered records are processed locally and saved in this browser. There is no Cleanpad account or remote database. Another browser needs an exported backup; devices do not synchronize. Multiple-tab changes are detected so an older tab can load the latest version rather than silently overwrite it.

Clear boundaries

Cleanpad does not dispatch cleaners, connect booking calendars, send messages, receive photos or verify physical work. A host confirmation is a self-recorded review, not a certification or authenticated digital signature. The tool is not affiliated with Airbnb, Vrbo or the companies mentioned in research.
