Questions
Can I use this for an Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes. Cleanpad is an independent, general vacation rental checklist. Adapt tasks and supply targets to your property. It is not affiliated with Airbnb or Vrbo.
Does a completed checklist mean the unit is ready?
No. Essential shortages and unresolved blocking issues stop handoff. Other issues, unknown essential counts and unfinished tasks need review. A host must record a separate confirmation after these checks clear. The review is self-recorded, not an independent certification.
Can I send this to another cleaner?
Print the checklist, share an exported file yourself or restore a JSON backup in the other browser. Cleanpad does not send messages, assign jobs, sync devices or store photographs.
How do I keep a backup?
Use “Save JSON backup” under Export & print. Restore it with “Restore JSON backup”. CSV is a spreadsheet handoff, not a restorable backup. Clearing this browser’s site data removes the local turnover.
What if two tabs edit the same turnover?
Cleanpad detects a newer saved version and pauses the older tab. Download the older tab as a JSON backup before loading the latest version if you need to compare. It does not silently merge or overwrite competing versions.
